Have you ever noticed ADVERTISED rates from your cable provider, gym etc are cheaper than the rate you are paying? You may be wondering “Why is my membership $20 a month and they are offering new members a $10 a month rate? I’ve been a loyal customer FOR TEN YEARS!”
W.H. Riley & Son does not use a bait and switch tactic to gain your business. All of our residential customers pay the same fair price.
We believe that transparent pricing is the proper and fair way to treat our customers and that offering a deal to entice new customers while not offering that same deal to existing loyal customers is not a fair practice.
