Test your thermostat – An inaccurate thermostat can cost you money and comfort, and summer is the perfect time to check it. If you have a zoned heating system that includes multiple thermostats, test each one separately. Check / clean your condenser – Early summer is a good time to give your outdoor condenser a once over.
